Zendaya on What Serena Williams Told Her After Watching ‘Challengers’ Performance

Zendaya recently discussed Serena Williams' reaction to her performance in the movie Challengers. The actress, who portrays tennis player-turned-coach Tashi Duncan in the film, revealed that Williams jokingly mentioned that the tennis balls weren't real.

Despite her lack of tennis experience, Williams praised Zendaya's performance. The movie, also starring Mike Faist and Josh O'Connor, follows a group of players reuniting for a tennis tournament. Zendaya admitted to feeling nervous about Williams seeing her tennis skills but received advice from Timothée Chalamet.

Challengers will be released in theaters on April 26.
